What to send

To help us investigate a technical issue without asking for unnecessary confidential information, include:

• Product name and version.
• Windows version.
• The error message shown.
• Steps to reproduce the issue.
• The application log, when available and safe to share.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, private keys, banking information, credentials, complete tax documents, or confidential business files unless a specific support process has been agreed in advance.

For products that process files locally, we prefer to reproduce issues using synthetic or anonymized data before requesting a real file.
